Convert logo from jpg to eps

Convert jpg logo (attached) into eps. I need this done in a high res file 300 dpi or higher so i can print and resize without distorting. You may need to redraw the baby. no problem there. I am a prefessional graphic web person but i just dont have the time or patience for this file.
