Configure new small office trixbox+P3Laptop+FXO+FXS+IP-Phones

I have new Trixbox running on Unix on a P3 laptop. Other hardwares are 1x GrandStream FXO(8port), FXS(8port), 4 port switch, 5 IP phones plus a number analog phones. I would like also Skype and other messengers to be able to connect via the phone if possible. I have small home office (ADSL with public IP by end of Jan09): Reception Accounting Content Customer Service IT Support Director Sales...etc Private (home) I would like to have branch office: Mekong Booth (However, I do have slight timing problem. This booth which is to be demolished as we speak to make way for a new river-park (ready in 10 months). We are expected to re-occupy the booth once the park is completed) I do not know how to setup our router for tunnel when the time comes and will need assistant (which will be this final help with this job). Just have to promise to assist when we do have a problem getting the one external extension to work (running on ADSL 256 and a public IP....best price-to-speed we can do in Laos at present). ...whatever (maybe provisions for 6 branches) Must have English & Lao options in the voice attendent. Project: I would like someone to help design the answering service flow what would help me manage automatic call transfer, voicemail, transfer of calls to external phone, take Skype calls, manage after hour and weekend calls, providing sales information etc. Not sure but I think there is a way my customer can make free calls directly from each of my 6 websites directly into my home Trixbox system without going through the telecom system. All should be professional like phone banking. I am not experience with setting up so most proposal/recommendation comes from someone with experience setting up Asterisk. I think all there can be done remotely or it can be configured outside, tested and then installed into my office with Remote PC etc I expect some warranty-support period after you handover the system to us....we are a little slow (an nervous) in learning tech stuff like these. After that, we can pay for support when problems do crop up. With the job, I expect the configuration to be top notch and provide informal training (written or whatever) on routine tasks like backup, adding/removing extensions, changing Voice file and logic, updating routings etc. ## Deliverables Look for other plugins and modules for Trixbox etc that provide me with a phone system that will work with me for the next 10 years. I do not think I need to subscibe to premium version of Trixbox because we really have a small web based home business. I have a delay in getting my ADSL at my home office connected. Expected time is end of Jan 2009. I am on Wireless ISP at present and working with Private IP. I just means these is no way of accessing our LAN until we get a Private IP through our new ISP via ADSL. Can the project start without this connection? By the time you need to get in to explore our hardware, it is time to install.
