I work as a trader on the currency market (forex) and need a windows application developed so that I can display information on clients screens plus a few other bits. I could use msn or other applications for basic text communication but like I said before I want a few other tings thrown in. Basically I need a full screen sized window divided into three parts: The first window will be a text box that displays instructions that I type from a host application residing on my network. The second window will just be a table displaying data that I send accross. The third window will be a realtime chat console. It must all be password protected and the authorisation will come from a mySQL database that resides on my server. I have put together a rough idea of the layout at [[login to view URL]][1] . I have a tiny bit of experience with vc++ that allowed me to create this shot. I can mail you the project data for this if it helps. The shot is just of the client application but the host application that sends data to the clients will be the same apart from update buttons. It sounds complicated but is actually quite easy I guess.
