Clickbank API Platform Creation

Basic Information... [login to view URL] I need a platform for my desktop that can pull information from clickbank - such as the information listed in the parameters section on the web page above. I also need it to be able to automatically take a customers email address and send an email to them depending on which product they ordered. Doesn't have to be instant, but once daily would be fine. Let me know if you have any questions and if you have examples of previous work, that would help me to make my decision. Thanks
