Chrome Extension/Gmail plugin for privacy labels

The project is a Chrome extension or Gmail plugin that lets a user of Gmail add labels/tags to the body of an email.? The extension should add a drop-down menu next to the traditional "Add cc/bcc" options in Gmail to let the user add a label (a PNG image) to the body of the email.?
