Capture/record screen system

We want to make an instructional tool. Users of the tool record their screen while for instance playing a videogame. Voice will also be recorded. If possible we also want to give the user the option to also record their webcam and show screen-in-screen with the webcam? recording in a small window? and the screencapture in the big window. 1. record screen 2. record webcam (optional) 3. record microphone When the user points at anything with the cursor, it will? be highlighted. User can pause recording at any time, and resume again at will. When user is done with the recording, the file must be stored and compressed in a format that allows it to be uploaded to a server and de-compressed again and transformed to flash format. User can write comments and click "upload". The upload will start and user can do other things when the upload happens in the backbround. Alert user while uploading about progress.
