You will build a voice and video chat application using wcf and .netframework 3.5 to build the application and its components and engines for communications. You must have good understanding of visual studio 2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and very good command of C# and WCF development. This chat application is to be compatible with all "Windows Platforms" x32 and x64 bit systems. Requirements: -WCF .netframework 3.5 -C# and SQL Server 2008 -IIS 7 understand and services If you have the following skills and you are not a novice in this area of development, you should have no problems developing the software. ## Deliverables -You must be dedicated and work full time on the project. -You must be self-learner and a problem solver.
