Blog Directory Submitter Program Needed

We Need a Blog Directory Submission Program. ***Features & Functions***** The program needs to be an Installable .EXE, with desktop Icons and all. The program needs to have a neat, users friendly graphically acceptable layout. (This is for consumer use). So the program needs to be quality for distribution. The Software must be able to submit a users Blog to a myriad of different blog directory sites. The program must be compatible with most sites. and be able to work around differences. The Software needs to be able to Register, and fill in all the necessary information to the blog directory sites All Automatically. If the site(s) have CAPTCHA , then it needs to be embedded in the program so all the users will need to do is enter the captcha code to have the blog submitted. **Important** The Software needs to be able to Update itself via a database so that more blog directory sites may be added/removed to it from an admin panel/back end which will also need to be included. The Software should submit to over 300 different blog directory sites. ***Security**** Remote activation of the software is a must, remote activation and backend must be completed along with the software. We will not accept the software if these security requirements are not fully functional. We need to be able to de-activate keys if needed. ***Demo version needs to be made*** A demo version, of the software needs to be made as well. No security requirement needed for the demo. Though upon first run of the demo version. We need the users to input a valid name/email in order to run the demo version. **Branding*** Logo, Load image (image displayed before the program opens) and the logo inside the program will be giving to you after a working version is completed. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
