Block surfing on the internet

Need a small password protected program to block all surfing on the internet, but still allow communicating on the WLAN between computers.

## Deliverables

The program should be password protected and if the correct password is submitted the function-menu will show. It should contain Activate/deactivate-function, change password-function (you have to enter the old password and confirm the new one), a "green-list" function (which allows the user to enter websites that can be visited even when surfing is blocked) and an uninstall-function (you have to enter the password again to confirm the uninstall). The password will first be chosen when the user is installing the program. After Installation the program will be run on start-up in the background, with a tray icon (if you click the icon it asks for password, before starting the menu). The program should be blocked from being deleted or if not possible installed to a discrete place to make it harder to delete without the administrators permission.

It's very important that the program only blocks surfing on the internet an still allows the computer to work on the WLAN.

The name should be NoSurf
