Small executable software that measures Blind Spot (vision) on both eyes.
This is a small and easy to-do project and doesn't require rocket science knowledge.
Similar software can be found online at [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (i like the first one better, it also has a good explanation at [login to view URL] ).
## Deliverables
The software is an .exe that:
1. Shows a screen with our logo, a text title "Blind spot mapping" and a inputbox that asks for the users name. (is no name is given this field will be "noname")
2. The blind spot mapping is done on both left and right eye. I prefer the [login to view URL] - test method with both a cross and a dot. No extra graphics on this screen, maybe full screen white to not bias the test. (theese dots make a circle, not perfect round - but still a circle)
3. User is asked if the tests were ok, if not, the tests are done over again. If they were ok everything is saved.
The data should be saved in a specific directory (ie c:\blindspot\) under the name of the user.
The raw data is saved as a file:
First line is the area of the circle (pixels) of the left eye
Second line is the average standard deviation (since no or very few of the dots are exactly in the center of the line that the circle makes - this is the number of dots the average point is off from the beeing perfectly in the circle)
Third line is the number of points that were mapped for the left eye
The following lines are x,y cordinates - one line for each point
Then the same thing for the right eye in the same file.
4.
If the file already exists, overwrite the exiting one.
