Bittorrent Client for WHS

Basically I am looking for someone to write a basic bit-torrent client in the form of an add-in for Windows Home Server (WHS). the only requirements are that the client is bit-torrent compliant...the user interface is contained within the WHS console program. And the whole install uses 1 msi file to install. Advanced features that I would like to see eventually, but are beyond the initial scope of the project, include a client application to install on users PC's that would automatically load the torrent file to the server. A web interface that is integrated into the default WHS website. Here is more info on WHS.
