Automatic Torrent Uploader

1) I will need to be able to register to multiple major torrent sites automatically at once. ( if they have captcha.. would be best if could bypass, but if not I can live with it.) 2) I will also need it to be able to upload my torrents to all the major torrent sites at the click of a button. example.. i have a screen saver torrent i would like to share. i load it to the program - enter the information - click submit - and it will upload that file to all the torrent sites i have registered for. 3) and lastly.. I need to be able to add//remove torrent sites. There are 10 torrent sites I would like to work with I need to upload to 10 at once. I will give you the details of the sites, so you can customise the program accordingly. Also if you go to a torrent site and upload to a category, say "movies", it should remember that for the next upload. I appreciate that you can only to that with certain torrent sites which is why I am limiting it to 6 torrent sites. Also I would like to be able to open multiple sessions of the program, so I can post to one torrent site more than one torrent at the same time. It will need to add my description too from a txt file associated with the torrent file. And one last thing, I would like to determine an upload delay, so I can set either 30sec or 3 mins between uploads ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
