Automated screen capture(repost)

I need a routine that will capture streaming video from a rectangular section of my computer screen and store the video to a file on disk for later viewing or filtering using DirectShow filters. In addition, it must capture the corresponding stereo audio from the sound card, synchronized with the video. The output format can be AVI, MP4, WMV, or any other format that has an input source for DirectShow and can be played using Windows Media Player. This tool must be capable of capturing at least 30 frames per second at 1920x1080 with no lost frames using only a single processor on a 2GHz Intel Core2 Duo.

Two methods are needed:

* Start recording, given parameters to specify the top-left and bottom-right points of the rectangle to capture video from and the full path of where the resulting video file should be created.

* Stop recording

I prefer all the code to be written in C#, but C++ would be acceptable. Third-party DLL's may be used, if the price for the DLL is acceptable to the buyer.

## Deliverables

The software must be usable under Windows Server 2008.
