Assistance with c# desktop application(repost)

Assistance is required for a desktop database applcation.? The application involves modbus communications to hardware devices, stroring data in a DB and presenting reaults in charts and graphs.? ? The main components of the application are: 1.? Data acquistion form three hardware modules vis RS 485 ModBus communications and TCP Modbus.? I have a license for a third party component that can be used to do this.? ? 2. Storage of retreived data into a database.? Probelbl;y there will be a 3 -tier relational database.? ? ? 6 or so lookup tables would also be involved. 3.? Data presentation - This includes a Dashboard screen that user can drill down in to see additonal graphics, which includes trend charts ( 30 trends), user selectable.? Polar charts, 3D data presentations.? ? I would like to use C1 Compoinets charting componets, since I also have a license for these.? ? I would estimate there would be? 8 different charts/graphics.? The charts will need to be user froienly and flexible including zooming, trend lines, moving averages.? We would visit the programmer to sit down and finalize all details and provide sample hardware for testing purposes.?
