Animated desktop scrub brush

Hi, We would like a little animation that scrubs a floor and polishes a pair of shoes on the pc desktop. With it we will need a little taskbar icon. The entire animation should only be about 1 square inch ([url removed, login to view] x [url removed, login to view]) When clicked the application is to open a popup menu with the system tools, ie: Disk cleanup (%SystemRoot%\System32\[url removed, login to view]). ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
