Adding Preloader and Watermark to Flash Games

Hi, we need an application, it can be web based (if possible web based preffered) or a desktop application, the program should basically do; 1. ask for files to import, these files are swf files that should be processed. 2. add preloader and watermark to those files and export as new swf files to an output folder. Detailed features: * output folder can be selected * swf preloader is simply a splash type advertisement and it's duration can be adjusted. * watermark is a logo and linked to our gaming site. it has a mouse hover effect. * preloader image, advertiesement link and the ad duration should be fetched from an URL (this URLs will be given to you after bidding acceptance, you can determine the format of the page and we adjust the page accordingly) That's it, if you have any questions please ask before bidding, recommendations are also welcome.
