Add elements to MS Access Database

This database was created in Access 2007 but saved as 2003 (to be used by a school using Access 2003 / Windows XP). It is to be used at a small rural school to monitor behavioural incident types, frequency, etc. If you look at the form "Incidents Form" for the field "Incident type" I would like tick boxes for each of the possible selections with multiple selections allowed and saved in the underlying table for reporting purposes. We need this to make the form as simple as possible to use. Is this possible? I suspect I have not properly normalised the underlying table to make this possible. We will need to update this field with other choices from time to time. Also, if it was easy to do, we would like it difficult for end users to access master data other than student name. Also, could you create some reports? Incidents filtered: * By date range * By student for date range * By location for date range * By type for date range I would also like a simple switch board!
