**Sequences of single pictures should convert in an AVI-Video be started via windows context menu
**User specified features
**The user produces videoanimations as collections of single pictures. The result of his work, i.e. the pictures are stored as files in a target directory on a Windows PC. The format of the files is one of the following: TGA
Through selection of the target directory a process is started that bindes the single pictures in a Video. The user can select between 2 setings:
1) Conversion to PAL 25 pictures/sec
2) Conversion to HDTV 24 pictures/sec
The AVI-Video is NOT be compressed, no CODEC is used.
The source file names have the following format: <NAME>_<Current_Number>.<Suffix>
The <Current_Number> can have prepended zeros.
The user-program dialog interface consists of the Windows Context Menu and a Status Window showing the progress of the conversion.
The final avi file should store at the same directory as the source picture directory

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
