ASP SOAP CLIENT Tell me what I'm doing wrong

Included is the simple ASP page I am trying to use to call the web service described in the included .htm document. This is my first attempt at using SOAP and so I've probably made more than one mistake, and the documentation I've been provided with (included) is really vague. All I get back from the service is "500 Internal Service Error" regardless of what I do. The tricky part is that you will only be able to test it from my web server's IP address so I'll have to test if for you or I can give you temporary access to the server. If your kung fu is strong you might be able to see what I've done wrong just by looking at it. some hints: I don't know what the heck "binding" is or where I need to indicate the documented reference. I also don't know what the structure of this "uri" thing is supposed to be or what in tarnation I'm supposed to put in the http header under SOAPMethodName so that's probably an issue too.
