API Betting Bot Required

I require a betting bot which can work with [[login to view URL]][1]. Betfair provide the API, so I just need someone who can programme the API to carry out the instructions. I need the API to be run on a server, allowing it access 24 hours a day to betfair. The bot has to be able to sign in to betfair using an account name and passowrd, which i will supply. It then needs to find one of the online games which betfair offers. Once at the game, the bot will monitor the game. In particular, it will monitor one of the possible bets in that game. It will be the same bet each time. It will record the progress of the bet, recording whether the bet wins or loses. Once that particular bet has lost a certain number of times, it will then place a bet. If that bet loses, it will then place a second bet for a different amount. If that bet loses, it will then place a third bet at a different amount. This will continue indefinately. Once the bet has won, it will continue to place bets until it has reached a set profit level. Again, when trying to reach this profit level, if the bet loses, it must place a second bet at a different level. If the bet wins, it must start the betting at the original level. Once it has reached the set profit level, it must stop completely and wait until the original betting conditions have been reached again. In summary then, the bot must wait for a set number of games to be lost. Once that has been reached, it must place different sized bets until it has reached a certain profit level. Once it has reached that profit level, it must stop and wait for the set number of games to be lost. I need to be able to change the wait times for the bet conditions, the amount bet and the profit level. I also need the data to be available in sql so that I can check for trends. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. The API needs to be able to work on a 24 hour basis. Bugs and glitches need to be resolved before the project is completed. In return, a 50% bonus will be paid after three months of the programme working properly.
