I have a need to build a system to help me with my real estate investing. I have a document that describes the process flow, data and possible calculations that I would like to keep/track in ACT! 2006. As I am envisioning a completely new system, I will be looking to an experienced ACT! programmer to assist me in deciding the direction of this project. As the outcome is not clearly defined, I expect that we will need to set some scope boundary in order for a price to be negotiated. At a minimum, whatever the solution is, it needs to interface with ACT! 2006. Ultimately, I would like to use ACT! to hold the entire system, but we can discuss that if necessary.
Please tell me your ACT! experience when responding. Thanks.
