Develop WooCommerce plugin - repost

We need to develop a plugin for WooComerce 2.0 (for our new ecommerce site) that can, 1) Allow users to recommend products to their friends through email and facebook through the user account panel 2) Those friends who sign up through the user sent email and facebook messages will click on their links and sign up under the user. 3) For each time those friends purchase a product, the user gets points/rewards 4) The user can then use those points/rewards to redemm products from the website 5) Administrator can set how much points is needed to redemm a certain product You also need to provide support for the plugin for at least 3 months after development.
