A simple website is needed max 5 pages. Key functionalities of the site are 1) customer filling in the form, 2) payment via the payment engine (details to be defined) and 3) filled form is sent to administrator.
Aim of the service is to help an individual to request an offer via the single website by filling one simple form. Customer fills the form and makes the payment using the payment engine (to be integrated). After this system feeds the information to administrator. No further integration or linking to other online resources are needed for this site other than the payment engine. There should be admin panel to edit the text content in defined sections on the front page, to edit banners and to have more extended number of options in admin panel under each submitted form for administration purposes (e.g. mark status as done).
Form will include a predefined number of text box fields and drop down lists that will not change. Payment engine details will be shared separately. System should generate a standard electronic receipt for the user. The workflow regarding requested by users offers will be handled by the administrator manually outside of the website flow. We provide input on design as well as provide logos. Please provide fixed bids. Thank you.
