create new (daughter) from another (parent) website with modifications and additions

Dear Sirs, We are looking for professional, web designer to create new (daughter) from another (parent) website with modifications and continue to update the website (to about 12 pages) on a monthly, then fortnightly, then weekly basis up until November 2013. A complete redesign will be required then. Your availability is a necessity. The websites design works portfolio is the MUST, please don't bid if you don't have one. I need to integrate parts of the copied parent site into the new daughter site. For the shop & donate pages, daughter site to link to parent site. For membership / contact us & volunteering replicate parent site page and duplicate recipients and add to email list. The designer must be familiar with email collecting and the use of the website to send email newsletters ... I will send the parent URL to all bidders direct. 50% on award, 50% on completion. NDA is required. Thank you !
