Online soccer pool website design -REPOST-

Project Description: I’m looking for someone who can build a soccer pool website, where people can interact by competing vs. each other’s with final scores (Local, Visitor, Draw). Some other highlights: • Entrance receipt by member will be send by SMS (just for USA), so I will provide API for integration. • Managing database for history records is a must. • The final version will be in Spanish, where the translation will be provided. • I found a couple of similar websites named: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] so you can check out them, for what it should be a “similar version”. • How I see the architecture is: One main administrator (me), many administrators (agents) and many members (customers) within each administrator. • Online payment will not occur, is just for fun and to interact with other members. • Anyone experience like this web sites let me know • It will be a simple project/website, nothing complicated, so I have fixed budget, so please contact me with your best bid including total amount and how many hours it will take. • Please just contact me just for serious bids, last guy didn’t did anything in 1 month.
