Directory type of website

Basically what I’d like to do is create a better copy of o s a l t.com. It should have more features and be more user friendly. Obviously the design needs to be different as well. I am looking for EXPERIENCED programmers who know what they are doing and can also show impressive designs. I tend to like clean and simple designs and am not looking anything in flash or something that resembles a cookie cutter site. I also don’t really care if you outsource. However, the people you outsource to must be able to meet the required standards. I can’t stand crappy or messy coding.
