Develop 2 simple wordpress sites

Have two sites that are on one of those free website builder sites, wix.com. I need them developed in wordpress then installed on servers. The sites will only have 6 or 7 pages each plus a dummy post for the Articles page/blog. Will need to include the following: Design will be very similar to these examples: (You need to use Chrome to view as there could be errors on explorer and firefox and that is why I need the sites made in html.) The first site is for business brokerage services. A business broker buys and sells businesses similar to how real estate agents buys and sells houses. I have logos and photos to use in the design but may need additional photos.
