Develop a HTML 5 website with wrapper - to work like an app

It will be a niche dating site with a certain population segment - most likely the "total" age group will be around 18-37, with the majority in the 18-33 range, probably with about half of the users in large US cities (DC, NYC, Atlanta, LA, Chicago). The function of the site is to connect people who have a connecting interest so that they can date each other. The site will provide a database of "like-minded" women to the men, and like-minded men to the women. Some of the tabs will be: 1. Recommendations (or a similar word, like in Tinder) 2. Matches (a list of individuals that you already matched with - and the ability to private chat with that person) 3. Events/News - an area of the site that only I will be able to add links to at first 4. Support section - an area where the customer can email me with support questions 5. About - an area about the site and our goal 6. Executive Poke function - guys will have the ability to get a girls' attention with 5 Executive Pokes per month. Extra executive pokes will be available for sale as well. The site will always be free for girls (they will chose their gender at the landing page) The site will be free for guys for the first 72 hours (3 days). When they log in after 3 days, they will be required to pay to continue. Please see screen shots from Tinder. You open the app, it shows me a girl. I click into her profile to see a little about her and some extra pictures she loaded. It shows her age and where she lives. Very simple and easy. I click on the "like button" and her photo swings to the right. Then, when she sees my picture, if she thinks i am attractive, she click on me. The last slide is a list of girls that clicked on me and I clicked on them. I want to basically duplicate this approach, but mine will have the other features i wrote about. what questions do you have about this so far?
