Design voice/webcam Unique web chat software

Design a voice and webcam chat that is unique,creative,built to monetize by having different upgrade options,smooth,html5,attractive in design, handle traffic well and ability to add many options for future updates/addons by plug in and works on all mobile platform including the voice/webcam streaming Unregistered users cant send private messages(can be set from chat admin panel) Different membership level from basic free to vip whith different options that encourage user to purchase credits inorder to upgrade their level options such as different unique fonts, colors,new smilieys , appear on top depending on kind of membership,change the color of nick name and icon next to the nick name depending on membership level,some rooms will require certain level of membership to access….etc(all can be set from admin panel) these are just short examples and not final at all just to get an idea of what we are looking for. Chat rooms will have different options from voice only to voice and cam to web conference room ,some rooms will require to raise hand to be on mic and a moderatos can grant permission,some others is free to use, some require permission from end user to view their cam some don’t need permission, some room a user can talk on mic and everyone in the room listen/see some require to be clicked on to be able to view/listen, also ability to manage the number of users that can be on mic/cam at the same time in a public broadcast mode where all users in the room can listen/view.. also sound bar when a user on mic that shows the level of their mic volume so ppl will know who is talking and also the user who is talking can tell their mic level and if its too loud for example or noisy they get a message to fix the mic settings. A store where a user can buy unique fonts and smilies or color or animated virtual gifts ,once they buy it gets stored in their account so they can use, they also can gift them to other members in the chat or upgrade to other members if they chose to, all with credit card or paypal by buying credits. A social profile for each registered user where they can post stuff on their profile and add friends,small social basic network, they can chose whats visible and whats not in the chat room and can share what ever they want.
