Design and update website and logo

Hi, I currently have a website I built myself, but I am not happy with the overall look and feel. I am looking for someone to re-vamp the site to give it a more trendy look. [login to view URL] is an example of a web design I like (I wouldn't need a lot of the fancy features though, like a shopping cart, just links), and logos and designs I like can be found at [login to view URL] My website is [login to view URL] and I would want it to be updated to a more trendy/modern look. All the same basic attributes on [login to view URL] would still need to be there, such as: 1) the 5-10 informational pages 2) a few php pages that send me form information if people interested in either purchasing tokens, or registering their business/charity, or sign up for email alerts 3) a calendar of events (not currently on the site) 4) a way for me to add a "profile" page for businesses that decide to join our network (not currently on the site)
