DESIGNERS-Add a tropical tour page to my foriegn bride site2

I posted this project in the past but I was not pleased with the programers that bid on the project. I am posting it again. Description I WANT TO ACCOMPLISH THREE THINGS 1. I have a foriegn bride site, and I want to add tour packages to the site. This will be one or two pages only...however I need someone that has a vission for design in order to entice the visitor. I want to use tropical pictures of nice beaches from the philippines, cocunut trees and other enticing pictures and backgrounds along with my tour information and pricing. I would like some ideas how to present the information in a easy to understand format to my vistitors, with enticing pictures. I already have the txt and the information..just needs someone who can present it nicely. Dont apply if you cant! If you are not a designer....get lost! 2. I also want to add a Visa page (not a visa credit card, fiancee visa as to get to another country) I also have all the information for this page..but want someone to help me with presenting it nicely and clearly for payment options. Along with making it look very nice. 3. Add some text that i wrote to my "about us" page...very simple. A. Do not apply unless you can work QUICKLY. I do not want to wait a month for something so simple! B. If you are not a GREAT designer...then DO NOT apply!
