Customized Wordpress Theme

We need coding of one Wordpress theme that will include the following:
- Main slideshow (similar to: [login to view URL] on the index page): Should cross fade, arrows on both left and right side. We want to decide what goes into this slideshow. 3-5 clickable slideshow pictures.
- Dropdown menu from our header links (similar to: [login to view URL]'s drop down menu): Header links must stay fixed as you scroll down (similar to: [login to view URL])
- Customized search bar (we have image of the "search" button)
- Online store (integrated from Shopify): Must look like a "page" from Wordpress. (structure should be like this: [login to view URL])
- Page: Must be full width, unlike the "posts" design. No sidebar.
- Posts: Must have sidebar on left. Option for: individual galleries (similar to: [login to view URL] - only leave the header menu and the footer, with a back button). Regular posts should have "Tweet" and "Facebook" links (similar to: [login to view URL]).
- Category Pages: Look like the index, with Category Title labeled above the posts (will have a template to show you)
- Featured posts below the slideshow (only for posts where we want to feature - "set as featured" is required for the posts)
- Comments: Posts must have Facebook commenting integration - no Disqus or Wordpress comments. Visitors have to sign into Facebook to comment.
- Footer: Must have "page" links. Separate from header links.
- Sidebar: Must have option for rotating advertisements (similar to [login to view URL]).
**More information will be provided in a document, as well as templates to code.
**We have all graphics.
Deadline: June 30, and must make changes where necessary / good communication is a must
Budget: Just coding of a pre-made design, so $100-$200
