Customize socialengine Project.

We currently have a social engine platform in need of the following customiztions. 1. We would like to customize the member info page by having larger fonts & a more engaging layout 2. We would like to add a video upload feature on the edit profile page that is placed on the members profile page under “Contact information” with a header and section uniform with the other sections. With the ability to upload from my computer, youtube, & vimeo. Back end functions to work similar to other plug-ins. 3. Complete removal of a plug-in & core. This is socialengine customization. We need something adaptable to the constant upgrades to socialengine with instructions on how to configure any changes on our server. We also want it installed and functioning properly. Also copies of the changes that were made for our records
