Customisation of template to existing web site

We need customisation of web template (attached)for a web site [login to view URL] Customisation instructions are given at [login to view URL] You may have to design the pages using dummy web site and dummy content. Then it will be uploaded by us to actual website. .psd file will be provided to winning bid. The place available now at [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] would have atatic links like link1, link2 etc and would be added latter by us. in place of [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] there would be a dinamically generated navigation as being done at present in the site. in the left side also. there would be navigation as done at present and news would be below that. Bottom navigation contains blanklink1 link 2 etc. i want this project completed in 3 days after awarding it.
