Hello, I'm looking for someone to build me a system for my team of 20 to be able to write notes on customer interactions from our business. This system can either be web based, or an application for PC. It needs to be able to allow people to access it from different locations, so web based might be best. This needs to be able to have a database of clients, with new entries able to be created simply by using their phone number or email address as a means of searching the customer and any previous interactions. As mentioned, there need to be able to be logs associated with each entry, and the ability to add new notes to a specific customer's information easily, and have an option to show who added a new note. Naturally, this needs to be able to be logged in securely from our end too. I need this to have a clean, modern looking design. Nothing blocky and ugly. Aesthetics are important.
