Custome built Photography website - Not able to use existing template

I am looking for a web developer to create my professional Photography website. I have the entire layout and design mapped out ( which at this stage will only be published to the person who does the work). We are looking at appropriately 6-8 pages to be included. Every page has been designed, so all the content and ideas for the website will be provided straight away. Our deadline to complete this project is before the end of the year. It needs to have a wordpress back-end with HTML 5. This website also will require to be view-able in smart devices as well, and we are not looking to use flash on the site. There won't be any e-commerce component., but would be option for clients to log in with user name/password to view their album/images online. Also while making the website we are looking for the developer to work collaboratively with an SEO team that we have allocated our project to here in Sydney, Australia. Ideal person should have good communication skills virtually/through skype/phone, and ability to take on feedback. Also previous work illustrated will be required as a reference. The time frame, accuracy and expectation of this creative project is vital.
