Custom question to answers site

The website now already has a majority of the functions i will list in the site already which should make the job easier; the site just needs to be put in more aesthetically pleasing way. The website runs off of the question2answer framework so it is already a question to answer site. I just want the look and functionality of it to be something of what form [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] do. I would like the login page to be something similar but fresh and different to what form spring has. The overall design of the page I want is something fresh and youthful, fun and quirky but staying true to the elements these other sites have that people like. I like the footer of answer bag, something similar to that. I like answer bags main page where you see the main questions on the front page I like the the user info, profile,inbox,friends,alerts,logout is at the top of the page. I want this same function but in a new better looking way I like form spring answer page and answer bags, where there is a field to ask a question on the main page. I like the profile page of form spring and the way it’s structured. This would require adding extra fields and such to database and advanced knowledge of such coding. Also add placement on the site is very important. So I would need the ability of putting ads into the right column like answer bag and form spring has, but also on the user profile pages. This can be done by me; I just need to know where to place the proper coding to implement ads in places I chose. Ability for members to message each other as well as follow each other function similar to twitter. Ability for members to register and continue without checking their email to verify password, but password still gets sent to email. here is an the link to question to answers site.
