Custom Sample Website Template

I need a completely custom made website designed. It needs to be professionally done. My business is a local membership club that aims to save our members money through various programs. Our first one will be a discount card. I am partnering up with several local businesses who will provide discounts to my members who show their Discount Card upon the point of sale. We are also teaming up with a different charity every month and 25% of every card sold will go towards the charity of that same month. Now I have a logo, stationary, and marketing collateral already designed so the site must have the same matching look and feel. It will be roughly 5 or 6 pages with a few sub pages. I would like a website that is completely unique and eye catching to visitors. I will be selling only one product at the moment through paypal and that is the discount card itself. But I need mine to look much more professional, i need it to be sleek and very eye catching while maintaining ease of navigation. I have attached my materials. The site must have a matching sort of look to it and I need it coded and programmed as well. I can't emphasize enough that I need this website to really stand out. It needs a lot of WOW factor to it.
