i am putting together a hot or not type website and i need a custom web design for I-Rater Platinum. I am very open to creativity and just letting someone do what they are best at. I do have a few basic guidlines i need followed but otherwise i am open.
There is also a few mods i would like done if possible. A list of these are:
1. Possible integrate the user account with phpbb.
2. abiliby for user to also upload video (also able to limit access on this)
