Creating a text area input on deal creation for voucher

I have an Alstrasoft Groupon website in PHP and urgently need to have a text area input on the deal creation page to facilitate the transfer of a deal's terms and conditions to the voucher. It should be input into the section that presently is headed by, "How to use a voucher". If possible, we would like this automatically generated heading revised to "Terms and Conditions". We should keep the "1. This coupon is only valid at", along with the location derived from the partner information. Numbers 2 and 3 can be deleted to provide more room for the Terms and Conditions, as they merely say, "2. Print the Coupon..." and "3. Use the coupon". Under No. 1, the list should run 2., 3.,4., 5.,6., with space off to the right to input a short phrase describing the Terms and Conditions, such as " 2. Choice of tours, 3. Promotion Value Only......., 4. Must be reserved byApril 30, 2013, etc.
