Creating a checklist website

User Profile: Change payment method/billing frequency. Warning on profile page if account membership is within 7 days of expiring. Choose which lists are visible and which are hidden. Change personal info/password/email Remove items from the wanted list. Public Profile: Optional space for personal info. Location, age, gender etc. A list of the user's public lists. A list of the user's wanted items. Checklists: The site's main feature is the checklist. I want to be able to add new lists myself. Users will each have a copy of each checklist which they can edit items they have or haven't got easily. The lists will have categories, I want to split maybe 100 lists over 10 categories for easy viewing. A statistics page for each user's lists, detailing the completion % for each list, as well as an overall % for different categories. Users can choose whether a checklist is public or hidden. Users can either mark of items that they have, or add them to their wanted list. The wanted list should have a maximum of 10 items. Payment system: Make payments from either Credit Card, Paypal or either. User can pay for membership monthly or anually. Payment options of automatically being billed or paying you bill manually. Misc: Must be easy to navigate to diffferent lists. Be able to list checklists by name and completion %. Each user has the option to add items from the checklist to a wanted list.
