I am looking for someone to create a template for me. Here is a mockup of what I am looking for exactly. but looking for a better creation .

I would like the template to be compatible with Mambo. If you have a better script which allows me to easily update the site I will defiantly like to hear your opinion.
(No drop down menu required in this project)
Here are a few things I would like added.
Video section (Can be added on the main page at anytime )
Multiple pages option
Fast video uploader (I would like to be compatible with uploading the videos on you tube as well)

To give you an idea I will be adding images daily of the workouts, writing a few articles, (Maybe on the home page), uploading videos on the home page, Diet plans, Eating healthy.
My concern is making sure the site is very user friendly as well.
