Create design + PHP website/management panel

Hi,

We need to create a website for a customer.

Please read the attached design document before bidding - bids without document reading will be ignored!

Note: the design document is missing about 20% more details, please consider that.. it will be updated during the weekend.

We are looking for a web design according to the requirements + demo.

After the design is done, we will need the front-end and relevant back-end (admin) items that consider the front-end.

Once that is done, we will need the additional back-end functionalities considering the admin other actions.

We are looking for experienced freelancer/group who have good vision and know how to understand documentation.

We are looking for future expansions for this client, please make sure that you are making the code as understandable as you can - we will need you to modify it in the future.

You need to take in mind that changes *may* come throughout the development.

In a case of simple changes, we expect the developer(s) to understand and change accordingly.

In a case of a major change, we will make sure to compensate accordingly.
