Create a classifieds site.

Hello, I want a classifieds site. However it will NOT be a general classifieds site, It will be a specialist classified site selling only 1 or 2 types of item. But because it will be a specialist site, when people post their ads they will have extra drop down menus and sub categories to choose from to help describe their product in more detail. And when people search they will have extra options than just keyword search. Imagine I was selling cars. [login to view URL] would be good to list, and search cars, many sub options like car types, and car features, and people can post their ads in various ways and search for a car in various ways. However my product is not Cars. I will tell the winning bidder what the project is. I need the usual classifieds features such as featured listing, ad spaces etc. I want the layout, colour and look of the site similar to [login to view URL] There may be some other extra features, depending on how it all works out with the winning bidder, so please keep this in mind when bidding.
