This is a repost, because the freelancer I hired was a LIAR, CHEATER & SCAM ARTIST. He said it would take 2 weeks to build, I gave him a month, came back and said his account were hacked and took another 10 days to reply, when he did he aborted the project and waste my time. He was working on other projects and said he couldn't work on mine because his account were hacked.
The truth is, he couldn't do it, and to avoid a negative feedback aborted. I will not tolerate the same kind of lies and incompetence.

I have this theme found here: [url removed, login to view] - the files you get is just 1 [url removed, login to view] files - I don't know what it is. But I assume you have to use rapidweaver to turn into a functional website or html pages.

I want to turn this theme into a Wordpress Template with a few changes
Key Aspects
- Logo over slider
- Disappearing Slide-Out Menu
- Editable Homepage callouts to remain
- I want the homepage slider to be able to add a title similar to the black box you see here; [url removed, login to view]
- The slider stays on each page, but I want to be able to change the contents for some pages.
That's it. This budget is very small.
I would like to see similar projects, or if you can suggest a wordpress theme with all the Key Aspects, then I will buy that theme and ask you to install it for me.
