Create WordPress Theme/Template/Site Based on Site Examples & Sketches Provided

ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE A MOCK UP - BASED ON THE PROVIDED IMAGES/INFORMATION - Mockup Homepage, Must Use Images & Information Provided in Attachments !!! Need a wordpress site created, based on the site examples and sketches provided. This site will be for property developer site, here is the basic overview which corresponds to the 1 to 6 PDF files attached: 1) Homepage, with large images in the center, top navigation, call to action overtop of the image near the top right, then 4 boxes at the bottom of the page. The design will be very similar to this site: [login to view URL] 2) Details on the development, this will be using ajax to show/refresh content on the page. So when users click into the sections of the site it will show the content without reloading the page, as it will use ajax to call the content. Example of how to display the property details is seen here: [login to view URL] (under the Project Overview) section of this page. 3) Listing specific units for rent/re-sale, this will be photo navigation as well as filter navigation, showing the properties that are for re-sale/rent. The details and information will be different from page 2 as this will only be specific to the units listed here. 4) Photo gallery, using a right navigation to select the type of photo and then showing photo on the left side of the navigation. Similar style of the mac photo gallery view, with photos coming from left/right scrolling. 5) Page that is design more like a blog/news page, listing the recent posts/content/update from the development. 6) Google maps page, this will show a Google map large in size, with buttons to then get directions and see the street view of the property. Also all the raw data that will be needed to complete the site is attached in the Images and Info file. Please use this data to create each of the different pages. As for the page 3 you can use fake unit details to create example listings to show that the site is working fine.
