Create a Website for Studying Chinese

I need a website designed. I don't know much about designing websites so I've come to you guys. The idea for the site is this: People sign up/log in. There is a collection of Chinese lessons, which I will create (needs to be easy to add more as I go along), say 1, 2, 3, etc. Within each lesson there will be multiple vocabulary to "add". Sometimes in 2 parts: the main part and supplementary (add separately or a whole part). The important bit is that each item that has been added is remembered by the website (and easy to remove by the user). Therefore, as a member learns more, they will have added more vocabulary items to their account. In addition to using the website for learning Chinese there needs to be a practice section. This will be filled with text and/or audio. (again needs to be easy to add more - separate pages, but one linking them all). The whole purpose of people signing in and adding the vocabulary items as they go along, is that each text and/or audio practice page will have a prerequisite requiring particle items to have been added by the user, ensuring they are fully capable of understanding the material. As such anyone who hasn't the requirements, and all guests viewing the page will be unable to see/hear the content, being told they aren't ready or need to sign up. Ideally, the page listing all practice material will be able to automatically identify which material the user could use and highlight these, bring to top, etc. The website doesn't have to look too great, as I'm more concerned about functionality, but hope that there is a least a graphic logo (can be simple design). As the number of lessons grows, the number of vocabulary items will get bigger. It is important that it's easy to manage these. In addition, some will be almost identical (for separating the same Chinese word into different meanings), so sorting by some sort of ID number may be best. Also, it's important it's easy to add the list of required vocabulary items to each practice page (not visible, just working in the background), as there could be over 50 depending on the length of text/audio. If it could use Google Analytics, that would be great. Google Adsense is optional, but again would be an advantage.
