Create PHP job posting form for our website with CI REPOST2

After the failure of the previous provider, here again: ATTENTION: THIS IS CODEIGNITER!!!! IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WIT CI PLEASE DONT BID HERE!!!! Create / Change the job posting form on our freelance portal as follows: Currently when clicking on "Post a project" while not logged in an error message shows stating that you need to be logged in to post a job. I need this to be changed in this way: if user is logged in: go to Post Project page (as it is now) if user is not logged in open a different post project page where all project details can be entered in the first step. the second step would then include a page where you can either log in (in case you have an account already) or sign up for new users. Once the login / sign up has been done the project is automatically published. Example: [login to view URL] Need exactly the same, but with validation rules of my own script.
