Create Classified Website

Hello, I need to create a classified website exactly similar to [login to view URL] I assume this task is possible by customizing one of the osclass themes([login to view URL]) So , im interesting to create a site exactly similar to [login to view URL], for Sri Lanka (According to the Sri Lankan Map, as depicted in [login to view URL]) (You should design the maps as well. I will let you know the boundaries of states/cities) PLEASE NOTE : I don't need a website to be done by you from scratch. you can use any template. But the end result would be exactly same as [login to view URL] sample site is created with customizing osclass theme ; (For the map of US) Check it; [login to view URL] So, your task would be to create exactly a similar site to [login to view URL] Looking forward for your responses.
