Corporate website design

We need a new corporate website for a internet and media company. You will create a complete dynamic website using PHP technology with MySQL database. The website must have/be : * Multi-lingual * Web 2.0 website * Full CSS/xHTML * Optimized for SEO * Professional, unique, eye-catching design template (selected provider should make 2 or 3 mockups to see what I like) * Complete administration features * Respect the proposed logo (or you have to propose a new logo) * Tabs navigation * 8/10 content pages in 2/3 levels (starting from homepage) * Contact form Project will be awarded to the best graphic designer. Please provided some kind of example of your work. Payment will be effected through escrow account and finalized at project completition.
